Are your products really made in the USA?

We are proud to be a Made-in-the-USA company using only the best steel for our customers. Our manufacturing plant is in Georgia, but we service the entire continental USA.


What are your signs made of?

We cut all of our signs on a laser machine, unlike many who use a plasma table, and we only use the best USA made 14 gauge steel with various powder coated color options.


Do you include mounting hardware?

Due to the different colors, styles, sign designs, and interests of each of our customers, we do not include or sell any mounting hardware for our product. If you would like holes drilled, this would be a custom option that would be charged accordingly.


I love your products. Do you have a storefront?

We currently do not have a storefront in an effort to keep our costs low for our great customers, although you will notice many of our products in boutique shops across much of the United States.


Do you offer a reseller program?

Yes! We always love partnering with interior designers and boutique shops that want to showcase our products! If you are interested in becoming a reseller, please reach out to us at customerservice@homesteadmetalcompany.com.


Order Questions:


I just placed an order. How do I know where it is?

If you did not receive an email confirmation and tracking number (a couple days later once your product has shipped) for your order, please email us at customerservice@homesteadmetalcompany.com for information regarding your order.


Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Orders can only be changed or modified on the same day the order is placed prior to 11:59 pm. After that time, an order cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed, as the order will have already gone to production. Please see our cancellation policy for more information.


Shipping Questions:


Do you take International Orders?

We currently only offer shipping within the continental USA.


Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $125 before tax. Otherwise, a flat rate of $12.49 for shipping applies. 


How long does it take until my order ships?

Non-custom products ship out within 5 days of when the order was placed. We ship with USPS Priority Mail, FedEx and UPS. Our custom collection ships out within 5 – 10 business days from approval of design (depending on the scope of the work). Please note these are only approximate days and can change depending on the time of year.
