At Homestead Metal Company, customer satisfaction is very important. We strive to work with you as best we can whenever you are not satisfied with one of our products. Products are considered returns when they have already been shipped or received by the customer; otherwise, please see our cancellation policy. This document entails how we process product returns, damages, or shipping losses.
Standard Order Returns
All orders require you to ship the product back to us at your expense. When the sign has been received by us in undamaged condition, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method minus a $10.00 return fee.
Custom Order Returns
Please note that all custom orders are non-refundable. Although, if you do not receive your personalized product as rendered, we will replace the custom product.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If you find your package was damaged while in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier after taking photos and let our customer service team know as soon as possible. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the package damaged. Please send all photos of the damage to the email address below, and we will address the issue. If you believe your package may be lost in transit, please contact us through the contact information below.
