Processing and Shipping Your Order
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Regardless, shipments may be delayed by a few days due to holidays and/or higher order volumes. All orders are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express (FedEx). We offer free shipping on all orders, with no order minimum.
Tracking and Delivering Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Homestead Metal Company within 24 hours with your order’s tracking information. Please note that nationwide and/or global shipping delays (due to events such as COVID-19, holidays, and/or inclement weather) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date. Delivery times from our shipping partners are estimates and are subject to change with or without notice. Homestead Metal Company may not be held liable for any delays that occur during shipping.
Damaged and Missing Orders
If you received your order damaged or your order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us directly at email@example.com so we can file the claim. For damaged orders, save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice of loss or damage must be provided within 15 days of delivery.
